Cascades Alpine Climbing and Mountaineering

Plan a Cascadian Climbing Adventure!!!

From May through September I migrate north to the Pacific Northwest. Formerly my year-round home range, I’ve been exploring the North Cascades for over ten years, and I’m constantly adding new climbs to my list. I’d love to help you reach your Cascadian climbing goals this season, whether you’re hoping to do your first alpine climb or gain the skills to navigate complex mountain terrain on your own.

I’m starting to book for Summer 2026 - reach out to schedule a trip!

  • Women celebrating on the summit of Mount Baker in Washington's Cascades

    Women's Mountaineering Mentorship Program

I’ve teamed up with Cascade Mountain Ascents to create a season-long mentorship program for women in the North Cascades. Join us for four weekends throughout the summer and dial in your mountaineering skills. We’ll learn snow travel and self arrest, glacier navigation, rope team travel, rappelling, rope ascension, crevasse rescue, and more! 2026 dates coming soon!

  • On the crux traverse pitch of Ragged Edge on Vesper Peak

    Vesper Peak Climb

I love climbing in the mountains, and it’s even better when the rock is solid and the movement is fun. That’s why I’m excited to offer a trip to Vesper Peak, to climb one of the high quality multi-pitch routes on the mountain’s north face. My favorite line up the peak is the Ragged Edge; it has wildly exposed belays and engaging climbing in a remote setting. Plus, you get to enjoy a backcountry camp at the beautiful Lake Elan just below the base of the climb. Two or three day options available.

  • Passing a crevasse on the Quien Sabe Glacier while climbing Sahale Peak

    Eldorado Peak Mountaineering Course

Eldorado Peak in the North Cascades is a rugged and remote climb, while still being appropriate for beginner mountaineers. It offers a true wilderness experience for those willing to venture up the steep valleys and is a great classroom for learning mountaineering skills. This mountaineering course will help you develop the skills to become a self sufficient mountaineer.

  • Practicing an alpine belay on South Early Winter Spire in Washington Pass
